TICKET DISCOUNTS

  • PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN tickets:

    Need-based Pay-What-You-Can tickets are available for any available seat one hour prior to every performance.
    Simply visit the box office and ask for a “Pay-What-You-Can” ticket.

  • PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN performances:

    The first Sunday performance of every production is a 7:30pm Pay-What-You-Can performance w/ open seating
    The first regular Thursday performance is a 7:30 Pay-What-You-Can performance w/ reserved seating

  • Senior Discount:

    $2 off any regularly priced ticket

  • Student, AEA, & active Military discounts:

    $12 - Thursday  performances ; $22 - Friday thru Sunday.
    (For student rate, student must be Full-time and 25 year of age or younger. Students may be counted toward the 10 patrons forming a group sale as long as Student tickets do not constitute over 50% of the total group attending.)

    **student tickets for the December holiday production are all $24/ea.

  • PREVIEW performances:

    Preview Performances are at 7:30pm on Thursdays prior to opening night. (see show websites under “Season” at top)
    All seats for Preview Performances are $17, but need-based Pay-What-You-Can tickets are also available for previews.


How to purchase tickets

Tickets may be purchased by phone, at the theatre during Box Office hours, or online.

Unpaid reservations may be made by phone or by sending an e-mail to boxoffice@dobama.org. Reserved tickets will be held for 3 business days in order to receive cash or check payments either by mail or coming to the Box Office.  After 3 business days, if no payment has been received, your seats will be released.  A credit card will be needed to hold your reservation if made by phone or email within 72 hours of the performance date.

Call the Box Office at 216.932.3396. Please see below for daily Box Office Hours. Tickets are available at all prices.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If we are not available, please leave a message and we will call you back in the order that the calls are received.  Paid tickets will be held for you at the Box Office. There is a service charge per ticket for all credit card transactions, including online, by phone, and in person.

Walk up to the Box Office window to purchase tickets or memberships. The Box Office window is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00am - 4:00pm and beginning at 3pm on Saturdays during performance weeks. The window is also open one hour before every performance. You may also call ahead to purchase tickets at the Dobama office during business hours. At the Box Office we accept payments in cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.


Purchase tickets online

Tickets may be purchased online at any time.

Tickets are available at all prices, We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. There is a service charge for all credit card transactions, including by phone and in person. 

PAY what YOU CAN

Dobama is committed to making live PROFESSIONAL theatre accessible to everyone.

PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN tickets are available for anyone that cannot afford a full price ticket. Any available seat can be purchased at a pay-what-you-can price beginning one hour prior to every performance. Simply visit the Box Office to purchase.

FIRST SUNDAYS: The first Sunday of every production at 7:30pm is an exclusive Pay-What-You-Can performance. Patrons may pay whatever they can afford; $1 or over can purchase a Pay-What-You-Can ticket. The Pay-What-You-Can performance is open seating, though seats can be reserved for those patrons with limited mobility.

FIRST THURSDAYS: The first regular Thursday performance of every production (during the second week of shows) is a 7:30pm performance with reserved seats with Pay-What-You-Can reserved tickets available for purchase at any time.

Gift certificates

Dobama Theatre gift certificates are available in any amount.  Call the Box Office at 216. 932.3396.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Dobama Theatre has a no refund policy. Cancellations of prepaid tickets may be transferred for a $3/ ticket exchange fee to a future performance in the current season based on availability or transferred into a tax-deductible donation
