Dobama Theatre is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization governed by a Board of Directors.

The Dobama Theatre Board of Directors unanimously voted on March 8, 2021 to re-imagine the work and makeup of the board as part of the Love and Respect Document - Dobama’s anti-racism action plan. The Board of Directors relaunched with a new model beginning July 2021.
