Catherine Albers* (HELENE) - is a professional actress and emeritus professor in the Department of Theater at Case Western Reserve University. She is a member of Actors’ Equity Association, SAG/AFTRA, and has performed on many local stages as well as professional theaters throughout the country. Catherine has performed in roles as diverse as Dr. Vivian Bearing in the Dobama Theater production of WIT and Clariee in STEEL MAGNOLIAS at Porthouse Theatre. She was last seen on Dobama’s stage on JOHN. Catherine is a certified teacher of the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique and is the President of the Great Lakes Michael Chekhov Consortium, an organization that trains artists and educators in the Michael Chekhov Technique.
