How to purchase tickets:
Tickets may be purchased by phone, at the theatre during Box Office hours, or online.
Please note that a reservation cannot be held without full payment.
- Call the Box Office. Tickets are available at all prices, (excluding RUSH tickets) as are season subscriptions. We accept VISA and Master Card. Please call the Box Office at (216) 932-3396. If we are not available, please leave a message and we will call you back in the order that the calls are received. Paid tickets will be held for you at the Box Office. There is no service charge for purchasing tickets by phone.
- Purchase at Box Office window. Tickets are available at all prices, (excluding RUSH tickets) as are season subscriptions. At the Box Office, we accept payments in cash, check, VISA and Master Card with no service charge.
- Purchase tickets online. Tickets are available at all prices, (excluding RUSH tickets) as are season subscriptions online at any time at Ticketleap: click here. Ticketleap accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover cards. There is a service charge when buying online. Please bring your Ticketleap printout to the box office when you come to the performance.
All sales are final. Cancellations of pre-paid tickets may be transferred to a future performance in the current season based on availability.
